Instructions for Free Patient Education Videos

First, use your TV remote to turn on your TV to Channel 68, the Home Hospital Channel.
There will be a short video that explains the system.
Next, use your bedside phone to access our FREE education videos by pressing 6350.
You will be asked to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.
You will be told which channel to turn on, with your TV remote, to see the Welcome Channel.
Once you see the Welcome Channel, you will press # on your bedside phone to go to the Main Menu. From here you can select:
Welcome Message: A message from us to you.
My To-Do List: A list of important videos we have selected for all of our patients to review. Select your video and press the # key on your bedside phone to confirm the video you have selected, then press the # key on your bedside phone again to play the video.
Health Video Library: A list of over 70 health education videos on a variety of topics that you can select to review. Select your video and press the # key on your bedside phone to confirm the video you have selected, then press the # key on your bedside phone again to play the video.
Hospital Information: Informational screens that might answer questions you have.
